At Piaglasni, we strive to offer our customers a convenient and hassle-free delivery experience. We provide two main delivery options: Home Delivery and In-Store Pickup.

1.1. Home Delivery

  • Availability: Home delivery is available for vehicles purchased from Piaglasni. We deliver vehicles to locations within the contiguous United States.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location, vehicle size, and specific arrangements. These fees will be communicated to you prior to completing your purchase.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times generally range from 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary based on your location and vehicle availability.
  • Delivery Schedule: Once your vehicle is ready for delivery, you will receive a notification with an estimated delivery date and time window. Delivery times are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, and vehicle availability.

1.2. In-Store Pickup

  • Pickup Location: You can choose to pick up your vehicle at our dealership located at 16316 State 71 Rd S, Blountstown, Florida.
  • Pickup Scheduling: Once your purchase is confirmed, we will notify you when the vehicle is ready for pickup. You can schedule a time for pickup that is convenient for you.
  • Documentation: At the time of pickup, you will be required to bring the necessary documentation, including identification, proof of payment, and any additional paperwork required for registration and title transfer.

2. Delivery Process

2.1. Order Confirmation

Once you have completed your vehicle purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with details about your vehicle, the delivery option selected, and estimated delivery times.

2.2. Vehicle Inspection

Before delivery, all vehicles undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and safety. We also ensure that all required documents, including the title and registration paperwork, are prepared for delivery.

2.3. Delivery Tracking

Once your vehicle is dispatched for delivery, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) that allows you to track the progress of your delivery. This tracking number will be sent to you via email or text message.

2.4. Delivery Receipt

Upon receiving your vehicle, you will be required to sign a Delivery Receipt to acknowledge that the vehicle was delivered in good condition and that all documents were provided.


3. Shipping Costs and Fees

3.1. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery destination, vehicle type, and size. These fees will be provided to you at the time of purchase. Additional fees may apply if special handling or expedited delivery is requested.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: Calculated based on your location and vehicle size.
  • Expedited Delivery: If you require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. Expedited delivery options will be presented during the checkout process.

In addition to standard delivery fees, additional charges may apply for:

  • Out-of-State Shipping: If your vehicle is being delivered outside of Florida, shipping charges will vary depending on the distance and logistics.

4. Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery generally takes between 5 to 10 business days from the time payment is confirmed and your vehicle is ready for shipping.
  • Expedited Delivery: Expedited shipping is available for certain areas and will reduce the delivery time to approximately 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or carrier delays. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

4.2. Delays in Delivery

While Piaglasni makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay, you will be promptly notified, and we will work with you to reschedule the delivery or explore alternative solutions.


5. International Shipping

Currently, Piaglasni only provides shipping services to locations within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the U.S., we recommend exploring local dealerships or contacting us for further assistance.


6. Return and Damaged Goods

In the event that you need to return a vehicle, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed information on our return procedures. As per our policy, vehicles are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to specific conditions outlined in the policy.

6.2. Damaged or Defective Vehicles

If your vehicle arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering repairs, replacement, or a return in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
