Refund and Returns Policy for Piaglasni

We understand that sometimes a purchase might not meet your expectations, and we want to make the process of returning or exchanging your vehicle as straightforward as possible. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging a vehicle purchased from Piaglasni.

Please read this policy carefully to ensure you fully understand our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. General Policy

At Piaglasni, we offer a 7-day return policy for vehicles purchased at our dealership or online. This return policy applies to both new and pre-owned vehicles. The return policy begins on the date of delivery or when you take possession of the vehicle. After 7 days, the vehicle will no longer be eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise specified by law or in special cases.

1.1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the vehicle must meet the following conditions:

  • The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup.
  • The vehicle must be in original condition, with no damage, accidents, or modifications made after purchase. This includes the interior, exterior, and all accessories.
  • The vehicle must have no more than 300 miles added to the odometer since the time of delivery.
  • You must provide the original sales receipt and the Vehicle Purchase Agreement at the time of return or exchange.
  • All documentation, including the title, registration, and any added accessories or extended warranties, must be returned along with the vehicle.

2. Return Process

If you would like to return or exchange a vehicle purchased from Piaglasni, please follow these steps:

2.1. Contact Our Customer Service Team

Notify our customer service team of your intent to return or exchange the vehicle. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is required to complete the return or exchange process.

2.2. Inspect the Vehicle

Before returning the vehicle, a Piaglasni representative will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. This inspection will include checking for any damage, excessive wear, or alterations made to the vehicle after purchase.

2.3. Return the Vehicle

  • Bring the vehicle to our dealership at 16316 State 71 Rd S, Blountstown, Florida, along with all required documentation, including the sales receipt, title, registration, and any additional items that were part of the purchase.
  • If you are unable to return the vehicle in person, you may request vehicle pick-up for an additional fee. This will be coordinated with our customer service team.

2.4. Processing the Return

Once the vehicle has been inspected and all necessary documentation is provided, we will process the return. A refund or exchange will be issued according to the terms outlined in this policy.


3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued in the following manner:

3.1. Full Refund

If the vehicle is returned in accordance with our 7-day return policy, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any non-refundable fees such as taxes, registration fees, and any optional add-ons (e.g., extended warranties, accessories, etc.).

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Card Purchases: Refunds will be issued to the same card used during the purchase.
  • Cash Purchases: Refunds will be issued via check.
  • Financed Purchases: If the vehicle was financed, the refund will be applied to the loan balance first. Any remaining balance after the loan is paid off will be refunded to you.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

3.2. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Taxes (sales tax, title fees, etc.)
  • Documentation fees (administrative charges)
  • Registration fees (paid to state authorities)
  • Optional add-ons (extended warranties, accessories, etc.)

These fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.


4. Exchanges

In some cases, you may prefer to exchange your vehicle for another one from our inventory rather than requesting a refund. If the vehicle you purchased is eligible for exchange, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement. The following conditions apply to exchanges:

  • The vehicle you wish to exchange must meet the eligibility requirements of our 7-day return policy.
  • You may need to pay the difference in price if the new vehicle costs more than the original vehicle.
  • If the new vehicle costs less than the original, we will refund the difference to you, excluding non-refundable fees.
  • All terms and conditions of the original purchase agreement will apply to the new vehicle.

5. Exceptions

While our 7-day return policy is designed to offer flexibility and peace of mind to our customers, there are certain exceptions to this policy:

  • As-Is Vehicles: Vehicles sold “As-Is,” including certain pre-owned vehicles, may not be eligible for return unless required by law. Please inquire at the time of purchase to confirm whether a vehicle is sold under these terms.
  • Damage or Modifications: If the vehicle has been damaged or modified after purchase, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Special Orders: Custom-ordered vehicles or vehicles purchased through special arrangements may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please verify with a sales representative before completing a special order purchase.

As a customer, you have the right to return or exchange your vehicle within the terms outlined above. However, you are also responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition and ensuring it is returned with all required documents.
